Payment

Payment is accepted via CashApp or by cash only. Payment is due at the time of service.

Appointments/Cancellations

Appointments can be made on theCut App. Same day appointments will not be accepted. If you are running late, call/text us at (704)386-1119 to find out if we can still accommodate you. Appointments will be cancelled if you are more than 5 minutes late without communication.

Refunds

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and having you looking your very best by the time you leave the shop. This is why our barbers will do a complete consult with you before beginning any cut. If your cut isn’t perfect for any reason please speak up before you leave the chair. We do not issue refunds, but if you are not completely satisfied with your cut, we will make every effort to work with you during your appointment to make any adjustments to your satisfaction.
